How To Use Remedies
For genral use (only short term problems)
Take couple of drops and dilute in a small glass of water and sip at intervals until there is some relief noticed.
For multiple use
Take a 500 ml mineral water bottle and empty it halfway, now add around six to eight drops of remedy in to it. Add some (a teaspoon) of brandy or apple cider vinegar as a preservative. Then again fill the bottle to the top with more mineral or filtered water. This is now your formula for multiple use. Take four drops of the mixture, three to four times a day or as required.
Taking directly from the stock bottle
The Bach Flower remedy can be dropped directly onto the tongue or rubbed behind the ears or on the temples and wrists. Take 3 to 4 drops of remedy 3 to 4 times a day. Remember dilution is an important step to make remedy more effective.
Adding remedy to bath water
Bach Flower remedy may also be used while bathing, just by adding few drops to bath tub filled with water.
Adding to daily use lotions and oils
You may also use bach flower remedy with your daily use body lotions and oils, by adding around ten drops of each chosen remedy in a 100 ml bottle.
Using as First Aid Remedy
Bach flower emedies can also be used as first aids in case all emergencies. You may use methods described above to prepare remedy and use as first aid.
Combining Bach Flower Remedy with other medications
Bach flower remedies can also be used in along with other medications. They have no side effects and will not interfere with any other form of treatment including nutritional, homoeopathic, herbal or allopathic prescription medications.
Side Effects of Bach Flower Remedies
Bach flower remedies do not cause any side effects if taken in appropriate manner. There is no overdose problems and dilutions errors. There can be some symptom aggrevation or emotional changes but don't worry they are normal and will go away as remedy progresses its healing process.
